I think Phil Taylor or one of the tackles (Anthony Costanzo, Gabe Carimi maybe Nate Solder) would be a good pick for them at that spot. As to when they'll win a super bowl I can't say. They have some talent, but I don't think Matt Cassel is a championship quality QB. If you look at the last decade or so almost all the championship teams have had elite level QBs and/or an elite defense. The Chiefs have neither of those in place currently.
