we put metal remover in our pool, and it's still not clear?
we have a 16ft x 48" pool. We have well water, when we first put the shock in it it turned a brownish green. We found out that well water has a lot of metals in it. We drained the pool and scrubbed the rust stain out of it and refilled the pool. We put in 2 bottles of Metal Magic, 1 gallon of muratic acid, as per the pool expert at the store. We let the filter run for over 24 hours, then put the shock in. It didn't turn greenish brown like before, but it still has a green tint to it. I would love to have Clear Water!! I see other pools in our area with well water, and they have crystal clear pools!
